Is too much cheese good for health? I like to eat cheese on every dish? Wanted to know whether it is good or not.

Cheese is a very good source of protien, calcium, and many other nutrients. It is best to choose leaner cheeses such as swiss, because as with any food too much fat in your system is not good.

Cheese is massively calorific and often has a very high salt content, so yes, you absolutely need to watch how much of it you consume.

Yes, very much so. In a recent article posted on Yahoo, swiss cheese was listed as one of eight fat burner foods.

Depends on the cheese and how much you eat. Cheese varies in fat content and nutrient content, but generally has a fairly good amount of calcium and protein. A good Parmiggiano Reggiano will be pretty low in fat, high in flavor, so you don't need as much. Here's a good site with more nutrition info on cheese: http://www.calorie-counter.net/nutrition-calories-in-cheese.htm

You can never go wrong with cheese. Remeber 3rd grade it was all about cheese. Cheese has a great deal of nutrients in it that the body needs. Hope this helps.

Some cheese has a lot of fat and sodium in it so you wouldn't want to eat too much of those kinds of cheese. Cheese does have calcium in it though and that is good for your bones.
