I am after some good recipes for smoothies - preferably quick and simple to make ones with relatively few ingredients. But still tasty...!

I have tried some 'more substantial' ones before which included oats, but cannot now find the recipes. Things with frozen fruits would also be helpful.

My simple recipe for a smoothie is: - 1 banana - about 1/4 cup of yoghurt - handful of berries (fresh or frozen) or some stone fruit - enough milk to create a liquid

All mixed in the blender.

It tends to vary depending on what I have on hand. Haven't been having them as much but loved them when I was pregnant or had new-borns.
