Butter will be your best bet as it doesn't have too strong a flavour. Sunflower oil would work too, but definitely avoid something like olive oil!

Quite a few recipes only call for melted butter:

Belgian Waffles

Wonderful Waffles

Chocolate Waffles

It will work for pizza, although the yellow stuff is actually better for pastry - but given that the requester says they have no vegetable oil, this answer is not helpful.

but Klypos, evoo is Extra Virgin Olive Oil, not vegetable oil

Did you ever see an olive WALK? Technically, you could say it is the fruit of a vegetable, but so is corn - almost all vegetable oil comes from the fruiting bodies. Hey, if your olives start walking, STAND BACK
