After making "dosa", I havenot removed it clean. It always got stick to the pan. Can anybody suggest to take out the dosa without sticking to the pan?

Before putting the dosa flour in the pan. put an halfboil or omelet in the pan in the case of non stick pan. If you are using a ordinary pan apply oil or butter or ghee before putting the flour in the pan. this is the basic practice my mom used to do to have a best dosa.

Before applying DOSA flour,put some yellow part of the egg in pan and apply there. After use oil or ghee on pan.this the practice we used in our house.

after heating the pan, clean the pan surface with a big onion. (onion should be cut into two pieces and while cleaning the pan, the juicy portion should face the pan)

another way is to pour a few drops of cooking oil and spread them well in the pan before pouring the flour.
