I have been trying to make fudge that taste delicious and not to sweet where you only can handle taking a few bites. Does anyone have a great receipe that would make such a fudge, ive been to bake sales where Ive bought such fudge, I just can't seem to make it myself.

If you like dark chocolate, you can use the fudge recipe on the marshmellow creme, but instead of using chocolate chips or semi-sweet baking chocolate, use the unsweetened baking chocolate. It's still sweet, but more rich and dark than sweet.

It don't happen - fudge is made from sugar, sugar is unavoidable in fudge making, it is like asking for a carrot cake recipe without carrots. Prove me wrong ...
