boil macroni,drain water pour cold water onto it,keep it aside when no water is left with it.In a frying pan add 1 tablespoon of butter,when heated,add vegetables & spices,stir till all the spices get mixed well with vegetables,add some sauce if you like,add macroni,stir well to mix all the ingredients.Now your buttered macroni is ready to eat.
as far as taste & health is concerned,it is very good in taste but you can reduce the amount of butter if you are worried about fat.</p>
